  On 19th and 20th November, 2009 the cooperation programme France-England-Flanders-Netherlands organizes at the Thermae Palace in Ostend (Belgium) a Cooperation Fair - Develop your cross-border ambitions. This cooperation fair is the annual event of the "INTERREG IVA 2 Seas Programme". The main objective is to set up networking between potential partners interested in developing a transnational cooperation project.
